I recently had my driver window of my WAV smashed in by a theif who stole my old dash cam. The owner of Van Spares was so kind that even though he did not know us, he heard our story and wanted to help. He sent us a free glass window the next day, free of charge (including postage and packaging)!! With a little girl who is a wheelchair user, our car is essential and this kind owner gave us a gift that meant were able to get on with the important appointments etc in our lives with as little disruption as possible!

Phoned twice regarding a part. The staff were genuinely polite and helpful. Also the part was approx 150 cheaper than London Kent prices . Plus there was a fairly priced postal delivery service available for large parts. I called back the following day and got the same quality service- a guy called Simon was very helpful and sent pictures for me within 20 mins of the request. Big thumbs up to Simon and the staff. Deserve all the custom they can get!
Second time using these chaps for my van parts, Simon was very helpful required a gearbox and flywheel for my Mercedes sprinter i had the both delivered next day during this lockdown highly recommend these guys 5*
