Moved in to a new area in Ridge, Potter's Bar (EN6...) and wanted to register with a new GP. Went onto the NHS site for find a GP according to your postcode, came up with Highview's details, filled in all online forms after phoning to check if they take new patients, only to be called two hours later to be told, \Sorry we don't cover your area.\ This even though I checked on the NHS Find a GP near you website. As finding a caring practice is what I wanted, I'm so glad I found out early that you have no concern for patients that have been referred to you. Steer clear!

This is a zero star review of the receptionists of this clinic. I have been with this surgery since I was a child and I have never had a pleasant experience. They are rude and inconsiderate; not taking into account why people may be calling. Not every issue needing a GP is physical and the way the receptionists behave deterred me calling for a while.

I'm righting to simply highlight the fact that all members at the practise are amazing! The reception team are very friendly and will do their upmost to accommodate requests within their powers, and the medical professionals are efficient, thorough and go beyond expectations. In times such as these where the NHS is under pressure to perform, its so refreshing to be in receipt of such an outstanding service! .

U try calling 20 mins to book an app on the day. When u finally get through they are fully booked. Try tomorrow.
