I am writing to express how grateful I am to have received such excellent customer service from Carol. Carol has been very efficient and thorough in helping us come to a decision for our insurance policy and it feels like it has been such a smooth and easy process, when you are buying your first home this is exactly what you need as I am sure you can imagine it has been a very stressful period. I would like to take this opportunity in thanking Carol and we would highly recommend her services should the opportunity arise, I would like to say I would definitely give Carol 6 stars if I could.

I was a client with Higos the last 3 years and recently moved back home to the U.S. I am an insurance agent here and knew I might have a higher auto premium because I couldn't show continuous insurance HERE the last 3 years. I emailed Bridget Moss (in the Street office) for a copy of my, what we call a Declarations Page, or the front page of the policy showing what the coverage is. She sent it to me right away. Because of Bridget's quick and professional help I was able to show my UK insurance continuous coverage. Surprisingly, my insurance here accepted it!!!!!!! It has saved me 500 (380 UK pounds) a year!!!!!!! She didn't have to do this, she knew I would no longer be a customer and won't ever be again. Yet she responded and was so very helpful!!!!!!!! She is an asset to your company!!!!!!!!!!
