I can not thank jen enough for helping me fix my ski boot problems. I had brought a size too big but after a couple of texts the issues were sorted out no more sore shins Jen new exactly what the issues were and how to fix them .I highly recommend hike and ride if your looking for new boots or having issues with your old boots jen is the woman with all the answers

I can't recommend Hike & Ride enough. Jen clearly really knows her stuff on the technical side, and communicated that specialist knowledge in a way that was easily understandable. She took plenty of time to understand my skiing needs, and my experience with my old boots. I left with the best fitting boots I've ever had - with custom foot beds, and a stretch made to the boots to accommodate my stupidly wide feet. I've been wearing them to teach on the dry slope for a couple of weeks now, and they've been great. Thanks Jen!
The new boots Jen recommended were fantastic! A perfect fit, extremely comfortable and a massive improvement. Before and during her visit Jen took time to thoroughly understand my requirements and problem areas. She is professional and a pleasure to meet.
The best service. Jen really sorted me out coming back to my house to tweak my boots to make them as comfy as possible. I have bought both my alpine and touring boots from them, I can highly recommended them for top notch service!
