I have used mercia taxis for 20 years now for personal use and for work I'm care Saj himself is extremely proffer and lovely with our clientele nothing is to much and we will continue to use this service for both my self and work wouldn't go or use anyone else they are trustworthy and fair with prices often giving discounts .

If I could give less than 1 star I would. My wife arranged for a taxi from a friends house in the next village over (Stoke Golding to Higham on the Hill). The taxi was almost 2 hrs late and charged an extortionate 18 for a mere 7 min journey of 2.3 miles. The taxi company constantly lied when asked where the driver was saying 'he will be there soon' or 'is on the way'. They were also very unapologetic. Will never use again and will warn many others from using.
When phoning for a taxi, he said where to I said I would like to quickly nip in to asda then to barwell... he then told me no I cannot do that, he was then continued to be rude! Saying i could just go straight to barwell and walk to the co-OP he was then refusing to give me his name! That man was so rude!!
