Bought a Porsche 718 Cayman S at the start of June. Absolutely gorgeous car in a perfect spec. Swapped 2 cars to get this one. All exchanges were very straightforward and efficient, excellent service. A month and about 1000 miles ownership in, and I'm loving the Cayman. I couldn't resist an ECU tune and Fabspeed exhaust - which gives the 718 S more BHP and torque than the stock 718 GT4 :-)
Had been looking for a Porsche 991 GTS PDK. Found a 991.2 in stunning Sapphire Blue on AUV’s website quite late on a Saturday night and send an enquiry email, expecting a reply during the following Monday at some point. Andy replied 10 minutes later! We exchanged several emails that night and by Sunday 11.00am the next day, agreed a price and deposit paid over the phone, subject to test drive the following Wednesday. Very nervous, as the prospective purchase would be my most expensive car by a very long way. The cars presentation was flawless and the test drive was excellent. Agreed to purchase the car. Collection was arraigned for the following Wednesday. Andy covered every concern and request that I had. Nothing was too much trouble. Collection was flawless. Having purchased numerous cars over the year, not one dealer, even main dealer has even come close to the level of professionalism, care and attention to detail that Andy has shown. He could run masterclass’s in the sales and handover process. All his 5-star Google reviews are well justified and deserved. Would happily buy other cars off him in the future and highly recommend him. Keep up the good work!
I've dealt with many dealers throughout the years, typically with a part exchange to consider against a replacement vehicle. I found AUV via Google in my search for a new car and after contacting was immediately impressed with Andrew (the owner and one of the Directors') with his open and thorough introduction and approach. Most main stream dealers want values and excessive profit at both ends of the deal ending up with a disappointing value on the trade in car, compared with a top end value on the replacement. Andrew worked hard to give me a very fair price for my part exchange, with also a very good reasonably priced vehicle from his stock. The car was presented in fantastic condition, a thoroughly professional outfit and team. Ended up feeling very reassured about the whole process with a follow up text also received to confirm I was happy. Some fabulous stock in there. Will definitely be reviewing stock in the future.
Andy and his team are a real pleasure to deal with. I have been buying cars from AUV for a number of years now and they provide a fantastic service from end to end.
