Came out early in the day to see us and help us out of a jam - sofa wouldn’t fit through our door, so Colin and his colleague temporarily removed the window for us, helped us lift the sofa in (handy as wife is 8.5 months pregnant), and then quickly popped the window back in. All done in about 20 mins. Couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful - would 100% recommend!

Colin came out same day to repair four single glazed panes that had been damaged by vandals. Faultless service at a really competitive price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The owner, Colin, has done lots of work for us over the years. Since last year I have made dozens of phone calls that have gone thorough to voicemail but none of them have been returned. I have sent numerous emails and have only received one in return. It was an automated reply dated 18th April saying they would contact me shortly. I am still waiting. I can only assume that Colin is now only the figurehead ad it is run by other people who do not have the same idea of customer care he had.
