I have and always use them on my vehicles and know they will do a 100% work ..They are very trustworthy and that is very essential these days to know that the work has been done correctly ..

I have now used this place a few times and have found them amazing not only are their prices very fair but their workmanship is fantastic too, the collected my daughters car for MOT, Mot it and then returned it which was about 3 miles each way and only charged for the MOT, I thoroughly recommend them

Did the wrong service that I required as stated on my dashboard panel which cost me nearly 400.00, I had to push them to register the service with Mercedes which took some time to find out as mentioned they had completed the wrong service, On completion of the first service my engine light then come up within one day of this service thinking they may have done something but it ended up being another fault which was going to cost me close on 500 just for the part which I opted not to do and had the engine light cleared, the engine light never came back on so I wasn’t sure if there was a problem or not ?? Luckily I didn’t spend the money. I ask them to then do the correct service Thinking they would say sorry about that but they charged me again even though they made the mistake in the first place, I only know this as I called merc direct to find out what service was suppose to be done, merc said it comes up on the dashboard and any company Should know as it tells you ?? They said they don’t work for free even though I’ve just spent Close on 900.00 on another car I have. Not happy at all. I have three other cars I was going to take to HiQ To service and maintain but I’ve lost complete trust. Had they said I’ll take the Labour off or even reduce it by 30-50% I would have spent a lot more money on a regular basis. Trust and honesty along with helping you out every now and then is the reason why I won’t be going back. Be careful to make sure you know what you ask for as I believe this company do what even they like and charge you accordingly. I will warn a lot of my friends to go elsewhere and to use someone you trust. Shame as this company were close to use, I would rather travel to another company that know what they are doing.
