John was brilliant from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the local housing market. Belvoir have a large customer base and John created a great property ad to market my home, this resulted in numerous viewings in the first week alone. After accepting an offer, John was proactive in providing me with any updates from the buyers and always available via phone or email if I had any questions. I would full recommend Belvoir if you are looking to buy or sell.

We chose Belvoir as a number of our neighbors had successfully sold with them recently and I'm so glad we did. Being local they had amazing knowledge they shared with viewers and were always so helpful when we called to get an update on progress. Even with lockdown and Covid we felt safe having viewings in our home and the team did not drop in their productivity even when things got a little crazy. I don't want to move again any time soon but if we ever look into it i know i will be going back to this wonderful team!
We decided to begin the process of moving house and wanted to let out our original home. We were completely new to the process but thought the best place to start would be to get the property valued for rental. We approached three agents, all of whom visited our home and valued it. The two other agents remained for around 10/15 minutes each. Stephanie Powell from Belvoir however, remained for around an hour. Having told her we were completely new to the process of letting, she took the time to sit and talk us through the entire process, the things we would need to take into account, the way agents such as themselves could help us as landlords etc. We really appreciated that so much. The valuation itself was very competitive and we were extremely happy. We knew immediately that we wanted to let through Belvoir. Unfortunately the Covid 19 pandemic then hit so the whole process of moving to another property and preparing the other one to let took a number of months. Stephanie however, was with us throughout, promptly responding to all of our questions and queries and providing all of the necessary information we needed to complete let to buy mortgage applications and to generally ensure we did everything properly. Stephanie and the team at Belvoir were able to secure a potential tenant within a week of the property being on the market. They took care of everything and made sure to consult us at every stage. The whole team are always incredibly prompt to return any communication and all correspondence is clear and informative which is incredibly reassuring. As 'newbies' to this whole thing, we really cannot recommend them highly enough!
Never judge a book by its cover I came to the Hitchin office last week straight after work to enquire about a flat you had to rent. The lady looked down at me and said I don't think I have anything for you. I may have just finished work but I own my own business very successfull.
