Five star service and customer care. Can not fault how they dealt with our Mini and the aftercare was exceptional. Bought a great Mini Cooper S, from Different Cars last month. Happy days. They were great, especially Rich who knows how to deliver a great service. As mini experts, they obviously know their stuff but beyond that there is an obvious passion for the product and the particular models they tend to source - they know the best ones and years! The aftercare I've had was great too. The car I got was nearly 15 years old - a modern day classic - so there were naturally a few minor issues. They've been more than happy for me to return the car and to fix a few things. They seem customer and not profit driven, which will result I'm sure and I hope in a more successful business. Absolutely brilliant customer service. Bought my Cooper S from these guys, had a small problem when I got home and Rich without fail told me to get fixed and bill him and payment for repair sent to me next day. Been looking at Chris’s cars for a week or searching for a decent Mini.
