I dealt with Paul the service manager who has been excellent despite the issues covid 19 has caused. Nice guy and gone all the way to try and resolve the issues I’ve had with my car (which I bought at a different Audi main dealer). Nathan the master tech dealt with the repairs and is friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. Great couple of guys and I would now look to buy my next car from Hitchin Audi because of them.

Bit of a mixed bag really, was discussing cars for my wife with a sales man via email, went in and test drive a couple of cars, they were very helpful and knowledgeable, let us both have the opportunity to drive. The wife spent a couple of days thinking about what she really wanted, a few days later I email through a spec and asked that they see if anything was available that met the spec, never heard from the again. Clearly have more customers than they need. Update: shortly after leaving this review they contacted me to state it would be almost impossible to find that spec used and would need to buy new, we have seen two used cars to that spec in the time it took them to reply.
Hitchin Audi provided great customer service and a professional, quick service that was done on time. They communicated with me the things that needed doing via the Audi cam as well as the Audi technician giving me a comprehensive view of the condition of the car. Would definitely recommend.
I just purchased an Audi Q7 from hitching Audi and from first day I called until today I received the car Emily plant has been outstanding, she is been kind and friendly! Her customer service support is top class,she helped me to sort out all paperwork highly recommend it
