I highly recommend taking a visit to Stephanie Rose Florist! This shop has the most amazing array of fresh and dried flowers, house plants, and pots. On top of that this florist has an incredible variety of twigs, dried palms and always has the fluffiest of pampas grass. Anything you can think of that is on trend right now, they always seem to have it. If I’m looking for something in particular Stephanie always goes out her way to see if she can source it for me. Stephanie is a very talented florist and her bouquets and arrangements are truly stunning. I personally think the value for money is outstanding and couldn’t recommend this little shop enough! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Very thankful they have such an efficient system in place during the pandemic as it makes the shopping experience feel much calmer. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you!

Couldn't recommend enough for dried flowers like pampas and bunny tails,the most nicest ones I have seen yet and fit perfectly in my vases. Owner is very kind and helpful, and goes out of her way to help and provide the best service. Thank you so much!

Have ordered a few bouquets and funeral sprays from Steph now. Her arrangements are unmatched anywhere else in Hertfordshire - Gorgeous flowers, beautiful arrangement and I love her unique boho touch. The shop is welcoming and charming, with lots of choice in store. Could not recommended Steph enough!
Absolutely delighted with the service we received from Stephanie Rose. We phoned from Ireland to order flowers for the mother of new Grand-daughter on Christmas Eve. Just had the message "the classiest bunch of flowers I have ever received" Most impressed too by the time and care the shop took to listen to and comment on suggestions for the bouquet. A great experience.

Contacted Stephanie for the first time for a request on prices for some flowers and foliage two weeks ago. I had to come back to her myself to ask for the order after a week, which slightly put me off. I am a florist myself and I have to follow timelines for my clients too. I had to make alternative arrangements as I did not have the confirmation of the order by then. Extremely disappointing service and treatment. Demanding and dismissive ton in her emails. It would be great if local businesses support each other but Stephanie is not interested in this. I was shocked when I found out my business Instagram page was blocked by her. Definitely do not recommend this florist if you are one and interested in doing a local supportive networking. Unfortunately, non-cooperative and selfish business owners see their end sooner than they expect unless they are ready to change their customer treatment or approach.
