HL Brown have been in Doncaster as long as I can remember. Their jewellery is of the best quality and I have bought most of mine from them. I took a ring to have a small diamond replaced. They kept in touch with me during the process and it came back quickly and in sparkling condition. I wouldn’t trust anywhere else with my jewels.

Lunch is more important than customers!! Arrived at lunch to have a new battery inserted in my watch at 12:55. A homemade sign was on the door 'Sorry, closed for lunch from 12:30 until 13:00. It had passed 1pm so I called the store and asked the lady inside 'if she would open the store'. She reluctantly agreed to open the store at 13:15. In the meantime, other people were phoning the store and the lady inside wouldn't open up on time and (at least one) customer walked away. I'm sure the Owners of this store are unware this lady is turning Customers away!!

From the moment I made a telephone enquiry with Jo to the exceptional service in store from Helen (& Jo & Paul & another gentleman.......in fact the whole team) I was made to feel special. My whole experience was first class and kudos to Helen & Jo for still delivering a personal touch even in these clinical times with Covid-19. My initial purchase prompted me to call in the next day for a second purchase. I’m not supposed to know this but because I was buzzing after such amazing service my wife has since popped in to secure a treat for my 50th. Thank you all so much for looking after my wife and I. Very rare to have such consistent quality service from all the staff.

Excellent service from this high quality jewellers, arranging to bring stock into the Doncaster store so I could choose and select the right present for a special occasion. Nothing was too much trouble, and it was handled swiftly, including communications with me. Appointment arranged, and the store and staff was extremely welcoming on arrival - and well organised with great Covid-19 security measures in place. Thank you for your help -everyone went ‘above and beyond’ on my behalf, and I am delighted with the present purchased. Definitely happy to recommend anyone to use this company!!

We have never visited the shop in Doncaster, but have dealt with the company via telephone and email. We had a Montblanc rollerball pen which needed repairing and initially approached the shop. They were unable to solve the problem, and sent the pen to the Montblanc factory, who were able to assist, and the pen has now been returned to us in excellent condition. Throughout the process, the staff at HL Brown were extremely helpful, professional and friendly, and we would not hesitate to deal with the company again should the occasion arise.
