Absolute rubbish. Phone seldom answered. Trying to sort out lease extension. Now May 2019, they have had the details since 13/12/2018. still no sign of any progress. When I did finally get through on the phone the lady had no idea what was going on and could not put me in contact with anyone who could help. What a waste of space this department is!!

Absolutely rubbish stuck on the phone for ages and ages, must have heard the automated words half a dozen times.. didn’t get through to anyone ..didn’t manage to find out what I wanted to know..not impressed at all!
