I give them 2 stars because they have sent my new passport relatively fast. Otherwise I would have given them 1star. More then a month now and my original documents are still not here, I have tried to call them, but every call goes to Scotland and they refuse to take responsibility or to deal with any complaint especially if the applicant is a foreigner or a woman. I'm very disappointed.

First class service. Needed a new passport urgently as I needed to travel. They processed my application within 3 working days and on 4th day I had my passport delivered by TNT along with supporting documents. Amazing staff and very helpful.

Very happy with the service we received for a renewal of my son's passport. The Spanish postal service lost my son's passport for 5 weeks, they simply couldn't find it, which was a bit stressful! However every message I sent to HMPO was answered very quickly and clearly, the whole process from start to finish was easy and quick and absolutely no complaints, thank you!!

Submit my two babies passport one here and another newport.newport one got as it says in two weeks but here still waiting it's more then a month.
