Hardly has any of the vinyls you want. So they just tell you to order it on HMVs website. I could have done that on another website and got it cheaper. If they do stock things you like they only have 2/3 copies, so be quick. Never ring them as I racked up a 5 quid bill trying to ring them and they never answer the phone. Some staff are old and rude about your taste in music. Some are nice. If you want vinyl im afraid it's got to be the place that begins with A. Saying that I did manage to get one thing I wanted in 10 visits

I do love hmv . Everything is right there. I was thinking that if they sell mugs from tv series then they can sell jewellery as well. They should order pentagram earrings from supernatural i guarantee you that people will buy it and I'm one of them. Please consider this. Also order a poster of teen wolf. Thanks.
Staff were helpful and polite but understandably concerned as the stores are closing. Not a nice way to start 2019 do it wasn't a happy atmosphere. Whole Whitgift centre looks despondent.
Wide variety of music and video over 3 floors. Easy to get around and good value for money. Staff can be a bit hit and miss though.
Fantastic store all round!! The manager is amazing!! He's very helpful and is on the shop floor most of the time and will go above and beyond to help!! This is my favorite store in croydon!!!

Quick and easy to find what your looking for and even the security guards are helpful the other staff are pleasant and helpful to.
