Avoid Avoid Avoid - what you see is not what you get. I rang to resolve matter and they put the phone down on me. Not interested in customer satisfaction once they have your money. Saturday 17 October Update - Your response to my review is, once again, inaccurate! You put the phone down on me having said you were not prepared to talk to myself or my sister. You then proceeded to say that you contacted Mary straightaway which is untrue. She , in fact was the one that rang you when I told her how you reacted to my call. I find it quite laughable that you say you contacted her straightaway. Prior to this she had sent you numerous emails to try to resolve the matter but you, in turn, didn’t bother to reply! Furthermore, she wasn’t happy with the outcome ..... it was the only solution available to her and she had no option but to accept. So just to reiterate thank you kindly for your carefully worded response but as mentioned to you previously I am not happy with how you misconstrued the sequence of events!

I was told about this shop from my sister-in-law who had purchased an outfit when her son got married. Instead of venturing up to London today we took a drive to Mary's of Enfield. I am so glad I made this choice. The lady who served me was both helpful, pleasant but not pushy. I came away with the most perfect dress, hat and shoes which after trying a few, was my first choice. A great , relaxed shopping experience.

In my opinion this is the worse place to shop for your special outfit. Had initially heard some bad stories so read reviews. One review claimed intimidation from a staff member. However, I stupidly went ahead and visited this store. All seemed well up to the point where a purchase was made. Thereafter, without going into full detail I found there were many discrepancies, inaccuracies, dishonesty and intimidation. In hindsight I should have listened to the stories. . If there was a zero I would rate it at that!

What a wonderful shop full of a great range of mother of the bride dresses for my daughters wedding. The ladies were so helpful and gave their great opinion and were very happy and cheerful. Thanks very much you made my shopping experience very easy and wonderful.
