Always liked this pub. Large, family friendly, big outside space, garden and play area for the kids. Food always good and reasonably priced. On the river...relaxing. Only negative; kids at the bar today, ordering stuff when I thought kids weren't allowed even near the bar and being served...we're talking under 10's?! Sitting on bar stools like it was ok? Where were the parents?! No issues with the pub itself, we love it but hey...

Went here for a child's party was disappointed with only having one member of staff on. Felt sorry for him as he was all over the place. When my son had his party there 2 years ago it was a completely different story maybe it was just a bad day we went on

Lied to us on the phone about times of games got made to wait 45 minutes with a 7yr old and then told we need to wait another hour and 15 minutes. So we left and didn't spend a penny!
