The pork was perfectly cooked and the sauces were varied and plentiful. I especially enjoyed the chilli, as pictured below.

This was one of the best catering experiences I've had in a while. It goes without saying that the hog roasted pork was incredible, and the aroma it gave whilst cooking was mouth watering. The meat was tender, and the sauces complimented the taste perfectly. The dessert served was also delicious and went down a treat with guests.
We had a huge function so I was sceptical if there would be enough to go around. It's safe to say everyone was well fed and happy
Very appetising food and plenty of it. Put it this way- nobody went home hungry! Highly recommended.
Cannot complain about anything; the food, the chefs and the communications whilst preparing for the event were all impeccable.
