Really good experience buying a second-hand car from Holdcroft Nissan Hanley. Gareth Morris was brilliant throughout the process, regularly keeping in touch and talking through my options without pressuring me into anything. One thing I really want to say about this dealership is their outstanding customer service. I bought a car few weeks ago and everything went very smooth and simple from start to finish. Gareth Morris and Steve Shewan were brilliant and were never pushy with the sale. They offered me the best deal they had in the house and gave me a very good trade in value for my old car. I highly recommend them and would definitely go back to them in the future. The customer service have been great and even if something goes wrong, they are very responsive and try to resolve the issues quickly and fairly. 5 Stars
