Already on the road from Glasgow when we got a call saying we needed our passports and driving license or we could not book in we could not turn back so obviously would not be allowed to stay. Luckily we managed to book into the Britannia hotel which we enjoyed the stay there. We knew the deposit would be lost 80 but they took the whole amount from our daughters account. We are disgusted and would never recommend these robbers to anyone

Very disappointed ,the booking process is very invasive, feels like you are a criminal before stepping through the door , when leaving Glasgow I had no idea I needed my passport to enter the property. Had to book somewhere else as couldn't gain access to my apartment which was booked and paid for. All willing to take money not helpful, in any way asked to be refunded or part refunded and it was a strait no , how this woman runs a business and gets away with taking money for nothin, I just do not know. Would not recommend booking here unless you have a few hundred pounds to throw away

Disgusted in the lack of customer service, unhelpfulness and clearly just after robbing you of your money. After explaining a situation to the proprietor, she was dismissive and uncompromising . She ended up charging me in full even though I did not even stay there and I booked and payed to stay somewhere else as we Felt very unsafe a complete invasion of privacy.

Apartment houses for usually a short term rentals. They are clean and well kept. Relatively cheap and very courteous managers.

A friend book this place for us to stay when we traveled to Aberdeen. The apartment was dirty. the bathroom was extremely in need of repair. The beds where broken and uncomfortable. The hall way was always dark and terrifying to walk down. They was no dish soap to wash dishes and the tv was hanging by a string on the wall. There was someone's personal belongings in almost every closet.
