Item I wanted wasn't in stock, the gentleman shop assistant ordered them online for me with free collect from store within 48hrs, had online confirmation order was on the way, a further online message stating order arrived in store plus a phone call confirming order ready to collect, excellent service from the Loughton store.

Went in to buy protein powder, which is half price at the moment, I asked how long it's due to be on offer for she instantly found out and told me. Got everything I needed today and picked up a few great offers

Drove 30 mins today (20-03-20) loughton store which was supposed to be open till 5pm Got there at 430 paid For parking only to find store was shut!!!!!! Unacceptable

There is one new member of staff in this store, either she isn't interested in her job or she has no knowledge / training. Each time I go in there apart from her not knowing what I am asking for she is not interested, shows no motivation and the least she can do the better. I asked her for vitamins which I know now where out of stock, she said she didn't know, hadn't heard of them and was more interested in walking away - it came across very rude! Holland and Barrett, we need the likes of the old staff back, professional, kind, wanting to help and putting the customer first. - DO SOMETHING before the customers start walking away!

Completely Ignored by singe member of staff. When asked her about bath salts for men she was curt and rude. Bought salts any but would avoid and better to go to Boots up the street
