I have got a broken bottle in a box of 3 bottles ,I sent them an email with pictures of the delivered parcel and they said sending me back a new bottle would take 3 weeks thus the out her option is to accept the refund and I did accept such option but I no refund has been made for 2 weeks now ! And I have send them 3 emails with complaints with no reply or feedback ! Simply they took the money and sent me a broken bottle and no reply or refund ! Very bad experience and not expected !
