Train your staff. The brown haired teen on Sunday didn't even know where to find magnesium in store. That's a pretty common supplement. Not like I was asking anything tough. Tried to tell me you don't stock it despite full shelves.

This was clearly a disaster it’s not a health food store it’s a cranny in the wall. Just a basic vitamin candy shop with food bars nothing else. Please expand holland & barrettes with real organic foods. Like organic food & berries vegetables organic meats organic bread organic eggs organic pizzas. Organic food bar. There’s no organic sheep meat. People stop voting up Holland & Barrett’s when it’s clearly basically low class vitamin store nothing else. Even in In trumps America there’s giant organic food stores with real options.

Very helpful and friendly service. A gentleman approached me and helped straight away and was very knowledgable and passionate. Sadly didn't catch his name, but i left the shop pleased with the products and service and will be returning again soon.
