This only applies to their incense sticks. Tried two types. Both rubbish. They burnt down so quickley like paper. Would not recommend.
Lovely staff. Stock full of products. Great healthy snacks and treats even for coeliacs! And there's almost always good offers or vouchers being given out.
Thank you for the excellent custmer service. I returned faulty item at the Chelmsford branch which was ordered online. The manager dealt the issue with extremely well, very polite, efficient and freindly.
Not my kind of place but I come here for my sister's vegetarian meat replacements. Store looks great, staff are knowledgable but the till area in the middle is incredibly cramped and it's easy to get stuck in the store if even a few people are paying.
Always helpful, professional and cheerful. Very knowledgeable staff.
Bit awkward to get around if you have a buggy or wheelchair but great selection and helpful staff
