Excellent service and range of products

For many years now I have been complaining about the old fashioned till system at this store. Although there is a complex product price structure dependent on the size and number of items the till system does not allow the customer to view the price as entered. These tills sometimes break down causing longer waiting times. I complained in September 2012 and received a letter saying that this would be improved. Nothing has been done. How can a huge international company like NBTY Europe treat it's customers and staff so shabbily and indifferently?
