This has to be the best H&B store. I've come in here a few times and the staff are always lovely and friendly. You can see that this store values their staff members as they always have a smile on their face and nothing is a problem. I usually pop in to see the lovely lady with the headscarf (sorry don't know her name) and get my vitamins for the month. The staff make the place so keep up the great work Egham store!

Lovely store with great staff. A lady helped me find everything I needed a few months ago, provided excellent customer service and is an absolute asset to your company, I believe her name was Asma. Greeted me with a warm smile, which is a rarity these days. Will be back again in the future.
