Nice place to go when they reopen, but the n the summer it’s a nice cool place to go. The boat hire is fairly priced

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Paid 15 for an hour which is well worth the price. Massive lake with beautiful natural surroundings. I definitely will be visiting again with the kids as they loved it. The only issue was that the car park space wasn't bigger enough but still, Hollow Ponds deserve 5 stars.

Went on a mostly sunny day and it was the most fantastic experience! Staff were very friendly, the pond is beautiful (and big) with a few nooks and crannies to explore, and the boats are in good condition and easy to manoeuvre. A great spot for an anniversary or a first date. Don't pay for an hour, pay for two: it's worth it.

so bad customer service, the guy at ticket office didnt tell us we can pay by card at the ice cream truck instead told us to walk over 15 minutes to the cashpoint. Woman just as bad at the ice cream truck. Once we realised that they were treating people of different colour differenly we decided not to go on the boats anymore. Ended up ruining the day for the whole family after we drove from hackney just to try out the boats
