I took my guitar to Paul and his team to have pickups, a new scratch plate and a new set of strings fitted. I received my guitar back not only at my requested time but looking amazing and sounding awesome. I thought it played well before but the new set up was so professionally done, it's the best it's ever been. Definitely the place to go in future! Thanks so much guys.

I rang first off and the lady was lovely and so helpful. I came in the gentlemen who helped me was lovely to and tuned my violin for me. Both really helpful and knowledge they have is brilliant. Very welcoming shop. I bought a lovely violin music book and both my daughter and I can't wait to go back already. Thank you so much your shop is a credit to Swindon.
Had a great experience with Holmes Music while purchasing a PRS Tremonti custom. Although a second hand instrument, it was in great condition (might aswell have been new), it was well serviced and refurbished, and the salesman took great care handling and packaging it for me to leave. After seeing it on their website I called them up and they reserved it for me to come and see the next day. Store staff were welcoming and accommodating, even despite the current Covid pandemic. Although they are an hours drive away from me, I would happily come back to purchase another instrument from them!
