Care Collection have been caring for my mother who has Alzheimer. We could not be happier with the care they provide. The carers are always prompt and reliable. They genuinely care about their clients. They are very patient and treat my mother with respect and kindness. They have knowledge about her condition and try and make her feel safe and happy at all times. 100% recommend their services.

My Niece & Nephew, and all our family, are really happy with all the care my sister who lives with my husband and I, is receiving from all the carers involved at the Care Collection, with the care of my sisters needs. They treat her with dignity, respect and kindness. When they arrive, on a morning / evening they always have a smile. We have the same group of carers, which we feel is really important . My sister has dementia, so needs to see the same faces, so she does not get upset or distressed. We would certainly recommend The Care Collection to anyone who needs family looking after .
