Excellent online service: I ordered the Opticron DBA VHD 10x42 and received them 48h later with my parcel trackable. I returned them because I found 10x42 field of view too narrow and asked for an exchange for the 8x42: the man I talked to on the phone was courteous and did not cause any sort of issue. I sent back the binoculars and 24h later they received my parcel: they sent me a note confirming the refund of the difference and dispatched the 8x42 the very same day they received my parcel. 24h later after that, I received the other binoculars 8x42 and my refund on my bank account. That's what I call customer service and professionalism. As far as I know, a good place to go.

I visited the shop, this afternoon, I tried out approximately 8 pairs of binoculars. The number of species outside, was a surprise. I selected the Vortex Viper 8x42's. Phil, even attached the lanyard, and strap. Life time guarantee, on the ones I selected. Also I was invited back anytime, to use the observatory. This is how to run a business.. I shall, RETURN...
