Just had my car repaired at Mundesley after diagnoses of the fault. Was very well looked after from dropping the car off to the return of car today. Excellent service from Service Advisor Darren Coleman and Mechanic Tony Jones on a time consuming problem with my Mercedes. On each and every occasion they use their skills and understanding of the situation to the highest level.It is always a pleasure to use their services. We are always greeted with a friendly Hello by all the sales staff and given the current situation with the Corona virus all staff are handling it well keeping customers safe.
Purchase of a used car was made really easy. Reserved the car online On a Friday evening. Got a personalised email confirming it on the Saturday with what would happen next. Dealt with Paul Moore who was polite and professional sending me a video of the car, offering a fair price for my part exchange and sorting out the paperwork. Picked the car up a week later in a COVID secure way. Car exactly as described and I couldn’t be happier with it; definitely recommend Paul and the company in general.
