Thank you for being so compassionate and thought full threw a really hard time. and for the dignity you shown in 2016 for my dog(Amy) and more recently for my cat ( Charlie) ... Chris...
It wasn't easy to leave such a negative review. The crematorium staff I believe took great care of my much loved family cat. So I thank you again for your compassion and care. HOWEVER , this poor review is only meant for the ACTUAL owner. HE KNOWS WHY. I am still heartbroken over his comments and will never forgive him. To say he should be ASHAMED of himself is an understatement. It was only eight hours after my beloved cat had died that his casket was ready to collect. . So faced with this I was then greeted at the door by the owner who said loudly - - - \HE SHOULD OF BEEN SHOT\ I broke down, I was absolutely heartbroken and could hardly breath, he then suddenly realised that I was not the person he thought I was. He apologised, but it was too late. His staff could not of been more disgraced by his comments. - - - You do not greet heartbroken animal lovers with such cruel words. Mistaken identity or not, as the owner of a pet cemetary he should of at least phoned me later to ask if I would accept his apologies. He didn't. My cat meant the world to me and I loved him so much, I miss him so so much. All cat lovers will understand how I am feeling. I will never forget those cruel words he said to me, and thank him for making such a heartbreaking day turn into a day that I will never forget. SHAME ON YOU.
Lovely accomodation and tea room. The owners are fantastic and made us feel at home during our stay. Booked with air BnB.
A really lovely service. The staff were incredibly compassionate and helpful and the Cemetery is beautiful
