Whilst the store was clean and well stocked, I was extremely disappointed by the attitudes of the staff!! 3 tills were operating with huge queues, and no one bothered to call for assistance. As I got into the queue there were 3 members of staff on the aisle stocking shelves (one of which was management!) I asked if anyone could open a till, was ignored by the manager and one other member of staff. The other a young girl was helpful and asked the till staff to call for help. I think it's terrible service to have lines this long with zero attempt to combat it. Top that with the person on the counter serving me looked miserable as sin! All in all not my best experience.... Think I'll continue to use the burton branch instead!!
