I have just visited Home Bargains at Fleetwood to buy 2 large wooden planters. As these were too big and heavy for me to carry to the checkout I asked a member of staff for assistance. The young man Arron was extremely helpful and arranged for me to collect the items from the loading bay. He gave excellent service despite that fact that he hadn't officially started work . He is a real credit to the store.

An assistant was telling you to wait before entering but after a couple of minutes we were allowed in. Staff were frantic trying to keep shelves stocked but still had time to help. Like other shops, I found it quieter than normal. Overall a lovely shop to browse and buy with friendly and helpful staff.

It was good, wasn't really busy so was able to walk around comfortably. Cleaning station just inside the store...my only gripe is that there isn't a lot of room at the end of the tills, as people are trying to pass you to leave the store as your dealing with your own packing and paying..

Love this shop. Its my favourite. Always clean and tidy. Never big queues for the till. Only downside is I always end up buying more than I went in for there's just so many great bargains
