We visited the store today for the first time & were very impressed with the layout. As we were purchasing large items the staff were helpfull. The lovely lad on the checkout even carried items to our car. We will definitely be back.

Went to this shop with my partner for the first time this evening and initially we were very impressed with the extensive range of items it has for the home. However, when we got the small bin we had bought for our toilet (which had cost 16.99) home, and removed it from the box, it not only had a large dent on it but also had numerous scratches along the bottom. When we looked at our receipt to phone the store we noted there is no phone number for the shop on the receipt. When we googled the shop the only phone number was a Dublin number, to which we got no reply on the two occassions we tried phoning!! Why are the staff in the Edinburgh shop failing to check items before putting them out in the shop floor? Why is there no phone number for the Edinburgh shop on the till receipt given to customers? Why is no one answering the phone at the central phone number in Dublin? It is one thing a shop having a wide range of items, but when some of the items are faultly/ damaged (even when they are expensive as is 16.99 for a small toilet bin) customers who have been greatly inconvenienced are unlikely to give this store repeat business!

Love this shop with it's mixture of household products, curtains, throws, bedding and (at the moment) loads of Christmas lights & "stuff" .... a real glitter fest!!
