Came in here just to grab 2 packs of tiles as we were a bit short from what we bought. The store is clean and tidy and looks well organised. I found what i need but they were really heavy. I went top look for help, i got to the end of the aisle when a lady asked if i need help. I explained about the tiles and she said the guy (Jordan) who was with her could help me. He was absolutely brilliant. Not only did he get 2 big heavy packs of tiles and take them to the till for me, he also took them out to the car. He even put them in the boot for me. He did all of this while smiling and being really friendly. Very impressed with the level of service a recieved. Normally people are to busy to help. Not Jordan, what an absolute star! Great customer service!

Closing down. A lot of stock now missing and not being replenished. No refunds or exchanges at here, or any other Homebase, which seems a little off. Shame. Was once a good store, although I thought it was best during the brief period it became a Bunnings.

Truly awful. No price on plant pot. After waiting for 15 minutes manager told me with some attitude that if she couldnt find the price I couldn't have It! I pointed out this was terrible customer service to which sarcastically shouted for me to have a nice day. I told her to grow up. So yes. A very poor experience. No wonder it's closing down. No reflection on Ollie member of staff who was over and above helpful. His manager could take a leaf out of his book.
