My Homeguard alarm (fitted 8 months ago) reported an issue with a battery. Emailed Homeguard on a Sunday eve, received a call from Drew in less than an hour, came out next day at agreed time to replace the battery. Great service guys, thank you!

Homeguard have just installed an alarm system and CCTV. Geoff and Drew gave advise on the equipment and everything was installed 3 days later by Dave and Lee. The service from the initial phone call to completion of the job was excellent, no mess, no fuss. Advise was given how to use everything and the apps were set up on mobile phones and tablets. Anybody considering having an alarm system or CCTV installed should look no further than this company. Totally recommended.
I have recently had full security system put in, including CCTV , BURGLAR ALARM, and a video doorbell. I had a few differing quotes, and although home guard intruder alarms were not the cheapest, they definitely proved to be the most knowledgeable, professional, supportive , and the aftercare i have found to be invaluable. I would certainly recommend them, if only for the fact that they shared with me information regarding other companies, who had not explained certain aspects of their charges, which turned out to be correct. This is a family run business , so bonus payments and the likes are not a feature of hard sell. They gave me a quote, take or leave, instead of \well we can do it for this price or that price\etc. I am never happy to employ people who are bonused on the money they make for the firms they work for, lesson 1. Dave the gentleman who installed, was brilliant i have to say, he was extremely patient with a technophobe like myself, and was happy to go over things time and time again, until i felt reasonably confident to take the reigns, as they say. We recently had CCTV installed by this company in our property at Stoke on Trent , We are extremely pleased with it. Geoff came out quickly and gave us a quote, we accepted the quote and the date for installation was agreed on the day. The team arrived exactly when they said they would, and worked well with no mess. They even stayed beyond the time waiting for me to return home to go over how it all works, despite my husband being there and showing him. They installed it on my mobile as well as PC, and we are very happy with the clarity of the pictures and the usability of the app. I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them.
