A friendly store with plenty of items to chose for bedroom, bathroom, living room, garden and many more. The choice is vast and variety excellent. The staff at the till are fast and efficient but there’s no assistant to be found on both floors to ask question or seek assistance. The prices are quite reasonable with genuine on sale items.

Homesense sells an eclectic mix of products that are very different to the usual high street brands. Good if you want something a bit different, or enjoy being a bit quirky. Good for food gifts, as you can get great chocolates and Italian treats at reasonable prices. I also love the gift soaps, as you can get nice secnted soap which is inexpensive. Perfect for Christmas gifts for people that are hard to buy for.

Love, Love, Love this store. My go-to store for unique & quality home purchases. Can be expensive but I have also found some of my best bargains ever here. Last year I was struggling to find a plain small vase to give a bunch of beautiful flowers to a friend. I went to roughly 8 different stores & have up. Looking for something else, I stumbled on a selection of vases for under 5. I was over the moon. I have one recommendation & that is to just walk through the doors & look around ️

As Homesense establishments go this is a straight down the road store. Having gone in recently with my Frenchie who's been allowed in multiple occasions prior, upon arrival I was asked to pick him up & carry him. 15kg & 7 mins later I was feeling like an Ethiopian marathon runner beating the world record...!? Having put him back on his 4 legs I was greeted by many staff members all very excited to meet him. I couldn't help but wonder that maybe the young girl at the entrance was just taking the piss out of me.

There were no restrictions on shoppers. I felt very uncomfortable. It was not a pleasant experience.

I love this shop as I'm a lover of all things homeware and love a bargain as much as the next person...BUT...this was the worst experience I've had in a shop given the current situation. As you walk in there's someone checking whether you have a mask on and showing you that they have hand sanitiser. Straight away I could see staff not wearing masks or wearing them hanging off their faces or just covering their mouth. I was shocked to say the least. Then I went upstairs where a customer had decided to take his mask off, multiple staff members had walked past him but of course they weren't wearing their mask and therefore didn't say anything to the customer. Then a member of staff, I believe the man was the manager, who was wearing his mask hanging off his ear walked very close to me, that made me very anxious so I made a public complaint on twitter and spoke to someone who rang the store. Serious improvements need to be made. One positive is that the younger man at the tills was very nice and was wearing his mask properly.
