I ordered a keyring on the 4th February 2019....as of 20th February I still haven't received it...Paul claims he's sent 3 out...the third requiring a signature sent on the 14th....he is now ignoring my emails. This keyring has cost me 25.94....absolutely disgusting .... 21.02.2019 - his reply on here is total rubbish...he sent me an email today saying as far as he is concerned the matter is closed..no refund and definitely no keyring....problem with processing!!! Really? How hard is it to pop a keyring in an envelope??? Don't do business here!!
