Very poor service. I visted the Honiton shop about 2 years ago when I was delighted with the service. They advised me that I should consider whether to get a new contract at the expiry of the contract I had, but due to Covid problems, I should make an appointment, which I did, as per their request, for Saturday 24th October at 11am. On arrival there a few minutes early, I found the shop closed. I could perhaps understand this, but on my return, the shop was still closed. I waited for a few minutes and rang them, being put through to their ansafone service. When there was no reply within another 15 minutes or so (and as it was cold and raining), I left. It seemed odd that the shop was unmanned and it is even more extraordinary that an appointment made about 48 hours earlier, was overlooked. The Honiton shop does not even deserve one star!

Very good service. The chap who served me knew his phones and deals. Very friendly and happy to help.
Aren't people that work there supposed to know about mobile phones?, the staff there don't, if they did why try and sell phones that don't take the correct sim cards, why say they will call back and don't. Instead of rushing to make a sale try and learn about the products you are actually selling!!!!! Advice to future customers..... AVOID!!!! THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT!!!!! And to top it all when trying to get a refund they lied and made it as difficult as possible...... Again ..... AVOID!!!!
Always a friendly face. Makes you want to go in there to buy something. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I have been with them for years and never had a moment's problem. Highly recommend them.
