Had breakfast at Toast on our last day in Devon before heading home today. Warm welcome, with sensible Covid arrangements in place. After scanning the QR code, we ordered a full english for me and the veggie version for my wife, together with a couple of lattes, all online and with the option to pay with PayPal. The drinks arrived quickly and were piping hot. A few minutes later, the breakfasts arrived, both of which were plentiful and absolutely delicious. Great service, lovely covered seating area out back and all very reasonably priced.

Our first time back to Toast since lockdown and delighted with the experience. Sitting in the beautiful garden was an absolute pleasure. Staff warm and welcoming and extremely helpful guiding me through the online ordering system. Gluten friendly pizza was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

We stopped here to break up a long journey for breakfast and coffee. The food and drinks were excellent, and the staff helpful and attentive. There's a very efficient one way system through the cafe and a large garden with some covered areas to sit in. All sensible precautions against spread of infection were undertaken without diminishing the positive experience of a visit. Highly recommended!

Tried this place after a very disappointing visit to coffee#1. Vowing not to do coffee chains anymore the independent get my buck. I had no idea they have a lovely secluded rear garden , great staff, and the coffee was perfect, more so because you weren't bombarded with endless choices of coffee types etc etc you know what I mean. A real charming place under testing circumstances !
