New Dekton worktop has cracked, I know it has cracked from heat however the company would not admit responsibility and denied any fault with the material. In their opinion it was an impact damage and completely disregarded my explanation that pieces of the worktop come off during the cracking. I have tried to agree with them several times even offered to meet the cost halfway however they have dismissed any contribution towards this issue. I was very disappointed and as I can see other clients had similar problems with them. I feel they have let me down badly and leave me with broken worktop which has cost a fortune.

The worktop supplied by them in my new home has cracked. My neighbours also had the same problem.
