I would highly recommend John and his services, he went out of his way to track down a part for us which was difficult to source. He then completed the works as scheduled both professionally and efficiently to get our machine up and running again. He was friendly, helpful and within budget - would definitely use again!

My office has 2 HP printers and we were experiencing print quality problems with both. I found John via the internet, called him, he sounded professional and courteous and promised to stop by the office in the next 2 days. He also provided an estimate which I was happy with. True to his word he came to our office as planned, fixed the problems and also explained what the problems had been, which was useful. I would have no hesitation in recommending John to any person or company as he provides a great service. PS His estimate was bang on!
Found PrintFix by chance from Google search.. so was delighted we'd chosen a good company! John fitted our office printer which we thought had printed its last page but with John knowledge he advised us on what part we needed to fix it. John gave it a service, a good clean and I'm happy to say our Oki Print is up and running again! Competitively priced and did a great job. I would recommend John to anyone who has any printer needs and we will definitely be using John again!
Jon was recommended to me by a friend. I phoned him with my printer issue. He suggested a fix on the phone. As this did not work I was able to arrange a time and date to go to his workshop with the printer. Jon solved the problem in 10 minutes whilst I waited. Good, efficient and friendly service.
