I loved the sheesha. The flavour was on point. They came and delivered on time and the guy was really polite and sweet. They also kept in mind that I had school runs and picked it up in time and again he was really polite and asked how it was. Really would recommend hookah Xpress and would love to order again soon. Never had shisha delivery before, so I called to ask how does it work. Every employee I interacted with was so nice and helpful, trying to make sure I had the best experience, from the person on the phone explaining me how it works to the delivery man who made sure that I was covered and ready to go. Not to mention the ongoing messages from the company, which were keeping me up to date with the status of my order. The shisha looked clean, new and nice, and the flavour was great! They even gave me extra coal and a coal burner, and let me tell you, the shisha lasted for ages! I think the idea is simply brilliant and executed to perfection by the company. Well done

Kept up to date with delivery, very efficient. Flavour and coal are value for money, I got the purple velvet flavour and the quality is really good would definitely recommend it.
