I would highly recommend them they recently fitted blinds to all the windows of my house you would not have known they had been but since then I have had new sills fitted and the blinds were touching when refitted,l rang them up for a appointment to measure up for replacements they came the following day,Unknown to me they could be shortened the represents showed me how to do it so he save me the cost of replacements he did not have to show me as he had lost the sale of replacements this service you don't often see in this day and age many thanks and if I ever need replacements I will certainly come back l would also recommend them to friends

Went in today to see if we could get a quote which they couldn't do the date we wanted we was fair enough but then the very old man who worked there decided to say well that was a waste of time just as we were leaving well I'm glad we didn't go with your blinds if that's how you treat customers absolutely disgusting??!!!!! We shall definitely be spreading the world how awful your customer care is shameful horizon blinds?!!!
