Absolute joke of a \care provider\. “carers” literally LIE about visits. They are NEVER longer than 10 minutes, mostly around 5 minutes, although in their book all visits are wrote down as 30 minutes (exactly)! Sometimes they don’t turn up at all, are constantly late (usually an hour or more). Un-surprisingly the office phone is never answered. On the odd occasion someone does answer, it's always a \I'll get the boss to ring you back\ which turns out to be yet another LIE. MANY attempts to contact the \boss\ on her own mobile number. Leaving voicemail etc, and getting no response/reply/call back. Now the icing on the cake, after WRONGLY administering medication on 5 different occasions (giving night time in morning and vice versa) even though it's all CLEARLY VISIBLE in a dosett box, Kirklees safeguarding team/gateway to care are issuing a concern for care investigation. If you value yours or your relatives health and well being, this shower of s**t should be avoided at all costs. As it transpires we are not the only people with same or similar complaints

Unorganised and disinterested. We paid for a certain number of visits at specific times which was agreed from the outset - however the “carers” come whenever they want. Sometimes they don’t turn up at all, and we’ve not once had an apology. Complete shambles! When you pay for a service that’s so expensive to improve the quality of life for the ones you love, what Horizonz Care Ltd provide is completely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs
