Came here with a resident who was in my care. I cannot fault this place. Lovely warm and friendly staff. Very easy to know where you are goingm direction are clear. Lovely and clean without that chemical smell. And could u please thank your security guard who sat with us and kept my residents distracted while i was busy speaking with the home manager. Even when he wasnt making complete sense your guard was great. Cant remember his name but this was on wednesday of this week. Great place

Every care was taken,high standards compassion respect and dignity high quality care couldn't have gone anymore smoothly From day one to having all the follow ups arranged after surgery 100% would recommend The hospital was nothing that I had experienced before clean safe and well led
Had a surgery in Feb 2020 for Hernia.The pain persisted as it was pre surgery plus got another side effect which is an extreme discomfort. Informed the consultant in the post surgery consultation ,where he said it will go away in few weeks. Contacted again after few weeks to be told that he will get back to me.Took months to get back,did few scans for no use.Complained to hospital,they took a month to reply that they do not find any fault.Did second level complaint and got a response after a month that first level will look again and is still looking. The next suggestion is MRI worth 700. I am out of insurance all if which was spent on this surgery. Now i am on pity of NHS again who are overwhelmed due to covid.10 days back i was told,they will contact ASAP..nothing yet.So if you love your life avoid this hospital. Below owner has said in reply the fees was waived off and financial gesture was given,which again is a lie. I have paid for all Spire gatwick visits, none of which were re-paid and i have not been given any financial gesture either.
Spire Gatwick Park is the most fantastic medical facility you could ever hope to be treated in! I have had 3 procedures here and all of them have been exceptional. The staff are wonderful and so kind, the facilities are top class and the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming! You know a hospital is good when you are sad to be discharged!! I would never go anywhere else and count myself extraordinarily lucky to have been cared for my two of the most fantastic, kind, caring and talented consultants I could have ever hoped for - Mr Simon Monkhouse and Mr Baljit Dheansa. I couldn't put into words how much Mr Monkhouse, Mr Dheansa and Spire Gatwick Park have changed my life. I will be forever grateful. I could not recommend more!
