Careless and unprofessional levels of service received when making a telephone enquiry. A simple question I asked (which would have determined when I needed to book in for my travel vacinations) was not able to be answered by the Receptionist, so I asked if I could ask the same question to the Pharmacist... I was refused this request and told to book an appointment if I needed any help as they 'do not give out free healthcare advice'.
