Incompetent, rude and non covid compliant staff! Order in November marked as ready to collect and surprise surprise order wasn't there. Do you not train your staff on how to mark orders as missing?? Told to contact customer services ourselves to resolve, very poor service. Order in December to pick up in store, product picked wrong from stores own shelves, another wasted journey to this shop. Staff wearing masks underneath chins when dealing with customers on sales floor. Also hours on own website wrong states closing at 6.30pm actually closing at 6.00pm. Avoid this store and brand at all costs!

Customer service is awful... When you enter there is someone standing there with a basket, although they don't offer you a basket, say hello or make eye contact, what are they doing there?! could replace them with a bucket of sand.
